bays/areas and labelling correctly.
• Checking for damaged or missing items.
• Moving stock by hand/forklift/pallet truck.
• Preparing/packing and wrapping goods to a high standard.
• Keeping accurate stock records.
• Cleaning/tidying the Warehouse.

Qualifications and Skills

• Driving license (in order to commute to and from work).

We are a busy flooring business located in Longford, Ashbourne. We have two sections to our business, Online Flooring Sales and Commercial Flooring Installations.
We are looking for an experienced Floor Fitter to join our team in our busy growing business. You will be required to install different types of floor coverings e.g. Safety Flooring, Vinyl, Linoleum, Carpet, Carpet Tiles, Entrance Matting, LVT, Sub-floor preparation etc. You must be experienced and be able to work to your own initiative and as part of a team ensuring all work is completed to an optimum standard with the end result leaving the customer 100% satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
• Must have experience and be competent installing a variety of floor coverings e.g. Safety Flooring, Vinyl, Linoleum, Carpet, Carpet Tiles, Entrance Matting, LVT etc.

Job role:

We are looking for an experienced, skilled Estimator to join our team in our busy, growing business.

To be able to estimate work of projects by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
The estimator must be a, good forward planner who will be often required to make judgements/assessments in relation to budget costs from limited information. As an estimator you would work closely with other professionals including construction managers, planners and design teams, so team working skills are essential.

Responsibilities and Duties

Gather proposals, blue prints, architectural drawings and specifications.
Visiting work sites regularly gathering information.
Be capable of accurately measuring and drawing up plans which are well presented.
Produce bill of quants.
Produce costings.
Complete tender documents and submit accordingly.
Ability and experience working on multiple tenders and quotations at a given time.
Be able to liaise with clients and ensure all of their requirements are adhered to.
Reviewing sub-contractors.
Source the most competitive pricing of materials from suppliers.
Dealing with all telephone enquiries and written correspondence relating to estimates. These will typically involve answering queries against quotations submitted or alternatively customers seeking advice/guidance which may result in a verbal quotation being provided
