It’s so rewarding being able to help people who have suffered for years with food intolerance. They have tried all sorts but were working in the dark. Once we know which foods are causing the problems, we can find a path forward. Now taking bookings for April.

I use kinesiology and muscle testing to work out your food intolerances. The procedure is needle free, nothing touches your skin and the results are instant. It can be such a relief to get answers about which foods are upsetting you.

A food intolerance may show up as bloating after eating something, abdominal pain, constipation or diarrhoea, brain fog, tiredness. A food intolerance will show some time after eating the food, usually within 72 hours of consumption.

I can test foods using muscle testing which is a branch of kinesiology. Each muscle is related to an organ so by testing each muscle relating to the digestive system (stomach, pancreas, small intestine, large intestine, liver, gall bladder, spleen) against each food sample, it is possible to determine which foods give you energy (are biogenic) and which foods deplete your energy (are bioacidic).

The foods that are right for you will be unique to you. There is no universal diet that works for everyone. Also, many foods are eaten in combination with others and therefore identifying the particular food source that is the issue is almost impossible without an elimination diet which can be very hard and time consuming to follow. All of this makes it extremely difficult to work out food intolerances on your own.

This is where muscle testing foods can help find out what it is that is holding you back from optimal health. Food testing using kinesiology takes the guesswork out of discovering the diet that is right for you!
