Our patient plays golf regularly & always wears her golfing glove on her left hand. This has left her right hand exposed to UV whenever she's out on the golf course.

You can see a very clear difference between the skin quality on her hands. The right hand has developed pigmentation & loss of elasticity caused by UV damage.

If you want healthy skin, the FIRST step is to protect it! Wear SPF everyday & re-apply at least once in the afternoon. You cannot have healthy, glowing skin with UV damage.

Did you know there are 4 different types of Rosacea?

Rosacea effects 1 in 10 people but many of you may not realise you are suffering from this long-term, inflammatory skin condition.

One of these subtypes is called Rhinophyma, a type of Rosacea appearing as thickening of the skin on the nose. In severe cases large growths can develop.

The best treatment for this condition is CO2 Laser or in some cases surgery.

Yesterday it was our pleasure to attend the event hosted by .

Insightful & meaningful conversations were held about the daily judgement women face regarding their appearance.

10,000 women were surveyed globally.
Shockingly 97% of women believe they are judged for how they look. And 96% believe they would be judged for deciding to have a cosmetic procedure.

We want to empower women to live their lives how they choose & not fear judgement for their decisions surrounding cosmetic treatments.

It is time to change the narrative. Investing in yourself & choosing to have a cosmetic procedure is not vanity. It is an empowering choice that women (and men) should be able to make free from judgement.

We are all guilty of making judgements, but together we can become more self-aware & try to empower one another.
