Hey guys!!

Hope you are well and enjoying the sunshine this week. We know we’ve been quiet for a while on here and just wanted to update you our thoughts on taking BFD forward after lockdown and through this pandemic.

As many of you know, both of us (Milan & Anisha) run our own businesses full time and due to the pandemic we’ve really had the time to nurture those businesses for them to become our main focus going forward. We did online classes for 3 months of the pandemic and tried our best to keep up the momentum coming out of lockdown and as much as we would love to bring back our weekly classes, unfortunately we just don’t have the time right now.

However we would love to do one off workshops and events with a focus on letting go and having fun through out the year!

Thank you to each and every one of you that attended a physical or virtual class over the last 4 years; your support and energy has meant the world to us! You really helped us from being 2 new women to Derby who knew no one to creating a community in BFD where we thrived and made so many incredible friendships 🧡 We hope to see you all at our workshops soon!
