We’ve been promised by BT that our phone lines will be back up and running on the new system they’ve installed by tomorrow. We’ve been without a line for 5 days now. We ask you to understand that this has been a complete nightmare for us yet we’ve had a very small minority of customers who have been quite rude to staff members and in messages to us because they haven’t been able to call us and understandably frustrated. Most of you have been amazing and understand that technology can sometimes go wrong.

A sad goodbye to our Molly who is leaving us today to pursue her career as a tattoo artist. Most of you will know Molly but if you don’t it’s because she’s a dab hand on the coffee machine and often doesn’t move from the long line of orders she has to make!
