Christmas can be a stressful time for many people so between us and RIQC, we have decided to pass on some valuable tips on how to take the stress out of Christmas.

D A Y 1: December itself becomes a stressful and overwhelming time for many people, so to help as many as we can stay happy and calm this month......lets move Christmas to January instead!
As we head towards the latter part of autumn and into winter, be cautious when out walking. Leaves and ice alone are a danger, never mind together.

Today, Rachael and Russell visited EMR
Today marks 35 years since the Kings Cross underground station fire that caused 31 deaths.
The fire started after a lit match was discarded onto a wooden escalator at around 19:30. Trench effect caused the fire to spread rapidly injuring more than 100 people.

Health and safety qualifications including the NEBOSH Diploma are desired as well as previous railway industry experience.

Lead Auditor Vacancies:
IDEAL
Experienced Lead Auditor who has attended an IRCA recognised Lead Audit course. Experienced in delivering / conducting audits 1st / 2nd Party and who may have Certification Body experience.
Can demonstrate through qualification, and / or demonstrable experience in Health & Safety and Environmental certifications.
Alternatively involved in the Implementation and embedding of Health, Safety and Environmental processes and developed business impact assessments and looking to gain lead audit qualification
DESIRED
Working within (or with) a certification body.
Experience within Rail/Transport Sector or engineering industry preferred.
Demonstration of continued professional development.
IRCA Grade membership (but not essential)- Demonstrable experience in Lead Auditing.
Excellent Report Writing and Presenting Skills.
Good level of Communication at all levels of business.
Some of the team have moved into the new office at Badger Farm on Willowpit Lane in South Derbyshire!
The move has been a long time coming but now it is here, we are looking forward to getting everyone else into the new space over the next week or so!
