What an amazing place for a garden party, a 6 piece band and CAKE!!

Always have so much fun delivering a steel pan workshop for Rock Choir! 36 participants who just give it a go, giggle their way through and are fabulous to be with. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. 🎶

In 2009 we performed in Beeston for an end of year celebration at Meadow Lane Infants, having been asked by the Head Teacher (and mum of one of our players). It became an annual event!
Last Friday we returned to The Lanes Primary to celebrate with staff, students, parents and Executive Head, Jo Revill.
We would just like to say ‘thank you’ to Jo for inviting us to her school for 15 years!! Enjoy your last day, have a wonderful Summer and very happy retirement 🎉

A fabulous 16 piece band today in Crossley Park. Thank you to Ripley Town Council for inviting us and to everyone who came to listen, we really do appreciate your support. Perfect weather and a set list including a couple of new arrangements ‘Tribute to Rihanna’ and ‘Let’s get Loud in Havana but we won’t talk about Bruno’ 😝

It was a snowy start to yesterdays Christmas festival on Cromford Road but lovely to see so many braving the cold and supporting the event!

Wrapped up warm with a bit of extra heat from the stage lighting and a full Christmas set list … it’s officially Christmas in Alfreton !!

Yesterdays road trip to Normans Farm near York to play at Emma’s wedding. Another reunion too, bringing back Pure Steel members who left HG 11 years ago!! A wonderful celebration - congratulations to Emma & Tom 🎊

Fantastic evening with Rock Choir at Portland College. A workshop with 30 very enthusiastic participants who stepped up to the challenge and nailed it!! 🎶
