In between training my clients I always ensure I train myself 4 times a week. The split will vary but I love at least one full body workout per week.

If you've never tried an AMRAP workout then you are missing out.

This is a calorie burning beast that will leave you knowing you've had a great workout.

AMRAP simply means "As Many Rounds As Possible"

You have 4 exercises per each AMRAP which lasts for 6 minutes.

The goal is to do as many sets of 10 in that 6 minutes. There are 4 AMRAPs in total with a finisher at the end!

🔥LOWER BODY KETTLEBELL WORKOUT | TOTAL LOWER BODY WORKOUT WITH DUMBBELLS 🔥

Get ready to burn your lower body with this leg & glute workout that just requires 30 minutes.

🏋🏻‍♀️ What you’ll need:

A variety of Kettlebells. I used the following:
🔸 4kg
🔸 6kg
🔸 8kg

You may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

⏳Duration - 30 Minutes

📝 The Workout: There is 2 circuits to work through, we will work on each exercise for 2 sets.
There’s also a 3 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible) to finish the workout!

Complete each exercise for 45 secs with 15 sec rest between each exercise. There is also a 1 minute rest in between the 2 circuits.

1️⃣ 3 Minute Warm Up

✅ Circuit 1

12 exercises. 45 seconds on 15 seconds rest with each exercise repeated twice.

✅ Circuit 2
14 exercises. 45 seconds on 15 seconds rest

✅ AMRAP Finisher

3 minute AMRAP finisher. 2 exercises repeated twice until the end.

🔥Burn 320 Calories 🔥

One of the biggest misconceptions I see amongst new clients is that they think to lose weight that they need to focus on one thing - CARDIO!

Nothing could be further from the truth and I love educating my clients and telling them that they don't need to run on a treadmill for hours on end.

The truth is that cardio can help you to create a calorie deficit which is needed if you're looking to lose weight. However, this can simply be achieved by walking 10,000 steps every day through normal life and some healthy choices such as taking the stairs, parking a little further away in a car park or getting off the bus one or two stops earlier.

So, if not Cardio...then what?

Strength Training! That's right ladies, lifting those weights will help you to lose fat, build lean muscle and boost your metabolism.

What it WILL NOT do, is turn you into the Hulk 😊

The thought of lifting weights can seem daunting if you've never done it before. Just remember that nobody ever started out as an expert in anything. It can all be learnt.

Taking the first steps and being consistent is the most important action you can take.

🔥STANDING ARM & ABS WORKOUT🔥

Get ready to shape your body with this Standing Arm & ABS workout that just requires 30 minutes and a variety of dumbbells to get your body moving.

🏋🏻‍♀️Equipment: Dumbbells - I used a set of 3kg + 4kg + 5kg but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
⏱Time to Complete: 30+ Minutes
The Workout: There are 2 separate circuits to work through. We will complete each exercise for 2 twice before moving onto the next exercise.
