A quick(ish) Aromatherapy lesson for those of you who are not certain on what it’s actually about.

About 16 months ago, if you asked me what Aromatherapy was, I would have 100% said “dropping a few nice smelling oils into my diffuser or bath (don’t do this by the way without adding them to a carrier first!!). How wrong could I have been!
Aromatherapy has been used for centuries, way before conventional medicine came along! And when I turned up to my college open day with a view to becoming a massage therapist, I was surprised to find out that massage was a part of Aromatherapy and it was so much than burning oils in a burner (this is a lovely way to use though too).
I was hooked on the idea of mixing and blending, really finding out what people needed and wanted and prescribing them a blend of oils totally for what they need in that moment.
With 100% pure undiluted Essential Oils, and an extensive consultation, I am confident that we can have you feeling exactly how you would like to.

REIKI & MASSAGE ✨
I can’t tell you how lovely it was to give some beautiful healing to others tonight again and so grateful for the bonus of being hosted by the gorgeous Steph in her cabin💚 (sorry for the blurry photo love🤪).
In all honesty I’ve been pretty much focused on my aromatherapy diploma since I took the leap to book on for my exam, not to mention the fact the minute I hit the confirm button and committed, life happened and I’ve been feeling like I’m just about keeping my head above water with all there is to hold together!
Anyway, my point is the only person who has been benefiting from my reiki lately is ME 🙋‍♀️ my slots for bookings have had to take a little bit of a side step to allow my study/massage time (they will be back for sure though), so I’ve been missing sharing the love really which made tonight even more enjoyable than usual. I can’t lie it’s pretty amazing to lay down at the end of the day and give myself a treatment which sends me off into a peaceful sleep 🙏 I have so much to be thankful for 🫶
