LETS TALK LEAKY GUT!!
Leaky gut is extremely common and something I know I have personally suffered with over the years.
Leaky gut (it doesn’t sound very nice does it..) is when your intestinal lining is damaged, allowing the passing of various substances from the gut into the blood. When the lining deteriorates, many problems arise, e.g., toxins, large food/protein particles, microbes, and other metabolites enter the bloodstream and cause various diseases along with the inflammation of the gut itself.

CAUSES OF LEAKY GUT
There are a variety of causes of leaky gut. Diets that contains high amounts of sugars or fats are the leading cause of gut leakage. Also alcohol can hugely effect the gut lining, causing serious damage if used regularly.
Other possible causes include parasites, stress, bacterial imbalance, antibiotics, yeast overgrowth, food allergies and sensitivities, and gastrointestinal infections. It is very common now but not enough people are addressing it.
