Have you always wanted to be able to do full press ups and pull ups but thought they're too hard?
I believe that almost everyone is capable if they're willing to put in the work, starting with easier variations and building up.
I use a lot of weighted exercises for myself and clients - which I think are great, but bodyweight exercises can be very effective as well and will build lean muscle whilst getting you stronger at the same time.

Jack has gone for it and signed up for his first strongman competition.
He easily has the strength for the log event, but we need to work on his endurance to get as many reps as possible in 1 minute.
We have 7 weeks and I'm confident this will improve.

A quick post on a post workout shake/smoothie I have if I don't have time to cook afterwards or don't have anything prepared.
-Around 400g of any type of milk you like.
-A couple scoops of chocolate protein powder (I'm using bulk powders but it doesn't really matter as long as it tastes alright), I always weigh out to 60g to be consistent.
-around 130g of ❄️frozen❄️ banana 🍌 it's so much better frozen so don't skip that bit.
-5g - 8g of creatine monohydrate
- a splash of water. If you want more calories you could just add more milk to begin with.
Blend it up.
I think it's delicious and it takes a lot for me to say that about protein products because I usually don't like the flavours.
This is an easy way to get a good amount of protein in you (likely at least 40g even with cheap rubbish powders). Always buy the best quality protein you can afford because it is going in your body after all.
