As humans we may come across people or situations that trigger unhealed wounds especially when our awareness was at another level and they were not addressed.

You find yourself, lonely hurt and with nowhere to go.

Let me tell you something,
I've been there many times, and the reason is that I unconsciously sought external validation because I didn't have a good relationship with myself and gave others the power rather than showing up for myself.

Healing Is an overtime work in progress you've got to keep topping up.

You become unhappy, drained and lost when you put the key of your happiness in someone else's pocket.

You are worthy and stronger than you think.
