With over 20 years experience in working in office environments I know first hand that whilst the work can be rewarding, it is undoubtedly hard Graft especially in a high paced sales environment!

Motivation is key and sometimes this can be lost if morale is down for a number of reasons, and it can be hard to get it back.

Not to mention the physical discomfort that comes with sitting or Standing in a repetitive position 5 days a week.

A great advocate of self care, I truly believe that the incentive of self care and looking after the body and mind can rectify these issues , and raise morale and ease stress in these environments.

I am excited to be able to offer in-house mindset and manifestation coaching, massage, reflexology, cupping therapy and sound healing in the work place as individual treatments and team relaxation events!

Over the coming weeks I will be announcing dates for sound baths that you can attend in the local area. I’m extremely excited to share this amazing healing energy and vibration with you on a regular basis. It truly is incredible for your body mind and soul. As a working mum, with not so many free hours for ‘me’, I totally get that it can all become heavy going, and although the intension is there somewhere within to do more for ‘You’ , I fully get that it’s hard to split yourself in two and sometimes the ‘me time’ has to wait ! With all of this in mind, I am holding a monthly sound bath online, by way of a zoom event for just £10. The sound bath will be taken by myself with the quartz Crystal bowls and all you need to do is find a quiet comfortable space in your own home, or anywhere that suits you! I am so passionate about this healing therapy and am so incredibly open to share it with as many of you as possible. I would like to take this moment to explain to you what exactly the Empowerment program is!

Over the last few years I have been working a lot on myself. Like many of us, I had some deep rooted stuff I needed dig up and throw out. It took me a long while to figure out how to do this. A life time of being made to feel that I was not worthy , not capable and too Dramatic to ever be classed as a proper grown up, I broke free form the opinions of Others, removed my self from environments that no longer served me, surrounded myself with the right tribe , got some kick ass coaching from a phenomenal human, some motivation and encouragement from another couple of beautiful humans and then after lot of shadow work, education , reading , journaling, meditation (which is a continuous element) I realised that when I was born, this life was always mine and no one else’s, I realised that I could carry on giving a s**t about what other people think and be a serial people pleaser but never actually be happy myself because I was to bothered about the happiness of others OR I could start listening to ME, and once I did that I realised that I am enough and I can do whatever the hell I want to do!

So my first port of call was to get over my anxiety of putting my self into situations that made me feel uncomfortable, so I went back to school ! I got my qualifications in my beautiful therapies which I’m so proud of and so grateful to my teacher/beautiful friend for. And then the journey began to really unfold. As I learnt that I was not only capable at what I loved doing , I was bloody good at it , I began to grow confident enough to grow my abilities to help people on another level.

And as the universe heard me, it served me, I was presented another beautiful human to guide me through This next chapter. This chapter would be my coaching. ✨. This is also an ongoing education in my journey, as I work I continue to grow and learn more, that’s the beauty of this life , we never have to stop learning , there are no rules. After receiving my first qualification in Life coaching , it was now time to create my offerings and today I am proud to be able to offer a beautiful coaching program that digs deep into the realms of the subconscious mind and gets to the root cause of self esteem issues and bad relationships with money too. Offering a sage space,It empowers the mind, gives strength and brings back the real you, to move forward to live a beautiful fulfilled life. Your mind is a powerful thing. Trust me! I work from a fine blend of personal experience , from being in low and dark places myself in life to now living at the other end of the scale.
The programs I offer, incorporate a holistic presence inclusive of therapies, sound healing and chakra healing and balancing inspired by the beautiful healing of Reiki. I have procrastinated enough, I have half heartedly put myself out there, because I had some self esteem stuff going on (still after all this time) then After a little more work , I’m here, putting it out there that I am a holistic empowerment coach and I am here at your service !

That’s it......I can’t do it anymore..... my back is not 100% but it’s loads better. I can’t bare not to do treatments anymore......

So here’s the thing.......
It’s expensive but it’s bloody good !!!!
I mean you’d never have known that I’m 47 would you !🤣 (ok that bits a lie)🤣!

But in all honesty, it’s no sales ploy when I tell you this device isn’t just a cleanser and make up remover .... it’s a facial massage and anti-aging device which I can’t live without....
2 minutes in the morning and 2 mins in the evening followed by the rest of my skin care routine!
