Great weekend with 2 different car shows, a picnic in the forest and a 20 year anniversary. Bonza ❤️
(Oh, and I probably need to do my motorbike test as well ;-)

This was the moment where Stoll and Gasly duelled into the last corner with Gasly running off the track and although I haven’t seen a reply yet it was very obvious that Gaslys suspension was damaged.

(Regardless of experience I will work on F1 cars)

That grid was so busy today! Absolutely insane!!

What a weekend! This weekend I ticked off a huge bucket list event! My first ever F1 weekend, and it didn’t disappoint!
Max is an incredible driver and deserves the spoils of his success but today and yesterday stole the show in my opinion
I can hardly describe in words how perfectly incredible this weekend was x

These were the two “F1” cars out driving/filming between sessions today

They are both cars modified to look more like cars for the yet to be officially named movie Apex staring Brad Pitt and other filmy movie type peoples. Hopefully it’ll be a great movie

So it turns out Ella has a pretty good eye for photography. I was very impressed with her today at Thruxton, I was also impressed with the 911 aka “The Iceberg” in the driving rain this morning. Such a responsive, fun piece of German engineering.
It was also great to catch up with & today with their German machinery.
Looking forward to the next time…

Nature is the best medicine…
Sometimes we have to reach or even go beyond our breaking point before we realise what we truly need.
“All work and no play”
Don’t get me wrong, it’s great to be busy, it’s great to have a successful business, but sometimes we need to stop and ask ourselves “at what cost”
….
This week my body and my mind has forced me to remember what is important for healing (out of necessity)
is so underrated, sleep is the one thing I’ve always sacrificed, I’m the guy that can function on 5 hours sleep, or so I thought, but after months/years of doing this the thing that has helped the most this week is getting unbroken sleep 7+ hours a night. The next thing is the mind heals at its fastest in nature (in my opinion) get outside and breathe that fresh air, watch the birds floating on the breeze, listen to the waves crashing on the shore. It will literally save your life!
is a big one, I love food, I love the wrong foods or too much of the wrong foods. Balance is really the key here and that’s for you to work out.
This dawn photo post turned into a bit of an essay, and I’m not sorry for that.
Like Bob Hoskins said in that advert (if you are old enough to remember)
“It’s good to talk”
Look after yourselves, for all we know we are only here once. Might as well enjoy it 😘 x
