After just shy of 3 weeks away 😆 I am finally back to work, and my penance… some very necessary enamelling in the studio with an 800 degrees kiln! ☀️ Working on some of my signature enamelled studs in a variety of colours.
Albeit boiling, it is great be back and working on some commissions.

It’s the last few days of , finishing on Sunday 9th June. It has been a great couple of weeks welcoming visitors and discussing all things jewellery.

I have delivered some jewellery to in Lymington for their upcoming exhibit ´Surf & Turf’.

Lots of lovely work will be featured, by many talented artists. Do pop in if you are in the area.

My Saturday workshops are a fun morning creating jewellery.

Last weekend we made wave bangles and stacking rings. You have a choice of what you would like to create in the 3-3.5 hour class, leaving with a finished piece of silver jewellery.

My work can currently be seen at the ACJ Wessex winter jewels exhibition Sir Harold Hillier Arboretum and Gardens Romsey. On until 2nd January it is showcasing the work of 18 studio jewellers, do pop in if you are in the area.

It’s been a busy few weeks getting pieces ready for our group winter jewels exhibition in Romsey.

The annual exhibition features 20 studio jewellers showcasing their handmade jewellery, from 22nd November to 2nd January. Do pop in if you are in the area.

I have been busy the past few weeks getting pieces ready for the annual winter jewels exhibition Romsey.

20 members of the Wessex group will be exhibiting their handmade jewellery from 22nd November to 2nd January. Looking forward to another festive season of jewellery!

This week is a half term break in studio classes, with new courses starting from Tuesday 31st October.
Tuesday mornings and Thursday evenings are full, but I do have a last minute cancellation and 1 place is available on the Wednesday morning course.

The course is 6 weeks from 1st November until 6th December, 10am to 12pm each week. The cost is £105 for the course, with sterling silver being an additional cost of approximately £9.

Create your own pieces of silver jewellery, learning how to cut, file, texture and solder, before moving onto stone setting or enamelling.

Autumn jewellery making courses have started back this week in my Christchurch studio.

We create silver jewellery ready to take away in a morning class.

These are small groups and you have the option to make a trio of stacking rings or a trio of ‘wave’ bangles.

Prices include all materials, including the sterling silver and these range from £70-£85 depending on what you would like to make.

Learn to make a trio of silver stacking rings or a trio of wave bangles. The bangles can all be made in silver, or a mixture of silver and copper.
The two metal colours worn together are a great contrast.

During August my usual term time jewellery courses are on a break and I have Summer workshops in the studio.

I have some Friday and Saturday dates available, which are for anyone, but particularly good for parents and teenagers to come together in the Summer holidays (Under 16's to be accompanied by an adult)

Short morning workshops from 10am to 1.30pm, making either a set of silver stacking rings or stacking wave bangles.

These are small sociable classes and ideal straightforward jewellery projects, with no previous experience necessary.

Learn to create sterling silver rings or bangles to size: cutting, shaping and soldering, before texturing and polishing-then your creations are ready to take home!

The cost is £70 per person for stacking rings and £75 per person to make the bangles.

The following dates are available:
Friday 18th and 25th August
Saturday 19th and 26th August.

Some lovely pieces made for gorgeous .gallina to wear for her prom this week.

I created large silver hoop earrings with a trio of silver leaf charms, the centre one fused with turquoise enamel.

A silver necklace featuring a curb chain, with a starfish and two enamelled surfboards, reflecting her love of the sea- and ahead of her new summer job starting as a beach life guard.

Fly high gorgeous! 💫

We have new Jewellery & Silversmithing courses starting in June and have a couple of spaces that have become available on the Wednesday morning course.

The course is 6 weeks from 7th June until 12th July, 10am to 12pm each week at a cost of £105.
