No filter, no make-up. Who else feels great when their skin looks great? Up until recently I would never have dreamed of posting a picture on social media with no make-up on.

It’s well documented that skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, psoriasis etc can affect confidence and mental health causing anxiety, depression and stress. In addition to this, poor mental health such as stress, can cause poor skin health. So how do we get out of this vicious cycle?
