Plan for today's session,, Chest and triceps day ๐ช๐ช๐ช it looks hard and overcomplicated but this is what happens when progressing with workout intensity โ๏ธโ๏ธ
It's been a wee while since my last post so, here we go,, next week I'll share some of my best/favourite strengthening exercises๐ช๐ช today it's shoulders day only and some cardio 25-30 min at the end of the session ๐๐โ๏ธall the best โ๏ธโ๏ธ

Just the reminder for those who are interested in my indoor fitness classes, we are now at Dudhope Multicultural Centre, Bharatiya Ashram, every Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm, except nice and sunny days where we can workout in the park, everyone is welcome and there is only small logistic charge of ยฃ3,50 p/p session, so put that trainers on, join us and start your fitness adventure now.

The only side effect was that I've spent 2 hours in the gym today instead of 1hour๐๐ but this is me, we are all different so the side effects could be different for each of us.

Simple rules if you train for hypertrophy,, keep your excercises simple and try all different training protocols, like: pyramid (ascending, descending), Eccentric is prooven to work faster for hypertrophy than concentric, Supersets - 2 exercises back to back, followed by a short rest (but not always)this effectively doubles the amount of work you are doing, whilst keeping the recovery periods the same as they are when you complete individual exercises, Giant sets are- 4 or more exercises back to back with no break. During these sets you can either pair exercises that are non competing , in other words opposing muscle groups, or you can target the same muscle. Drop set is basically an extended set of a move, usually performed as the last set of that exercise as a burnout and many many more. There is so much science behind the scene if it comes to health and exercise, use it wisely and you will see progress sooner than you expectโ๏ธโ๏ธโ๏ธ
Never give up on your dream just because the time it will take,, the time will pass anyway and one day you wake up proud of yourself acomplishing something that was your biggest nightmareโ๏ธโ๏ธโ๏ธ
