We at David Lloyd Clubs Dundee hope you all had a great celebration around the festive period and New Year.
As of Today, Wednesday 3rd January our DL Kids Timetable will be refreshed with some of our classes being substituted, some classes making a return and some new ones as well.
For the New Year we also wanted to bring more classes that will bring families together, for example Family Sports Day which is for Parents and their children to participate together.
The movie Migration is away to hit the cinemas as well so we will have few classes the next few weeks that are based around that.
So much more to come, so sure keep an eye on our Timetable on the app and our DL Kids board.

Blaze Instructor led workout for Saturday 30th December is called ‘SHOOT⚽️’
🔥Let’s take a look at one of the key moves using the TRX Suspension Trainer.
🔥The TRX Power Get Up is a blend of 3-moves into one 🔥
🔽Start with your arms fully extended by your sides. (handles by hips)🔽
1⃣THE SQUAT: With tension on the straps lower yourself into a deep Squat.
2⃣THE ROW: Then pull yourself up with an explosive row.
3⃣THE TRICEPS: Then push the arms downwards until fully extended.
🔽To turn it into the POWER Get Up, just add the jump. You’ll feel those triceps fire-up in mid air💥
⚠️Remember, no Slack on the straps, keep tension on the TRX throughout the whole sequence.

These two girls are just simply amazing in attitude and determination. They always give their all and have the wonderful rare skill to help make those around them happy. They are a delight to coach.

🔔Our Sandbells aka ‘BLAZEBELLS’ are a versatile tool & the shifting sand creates a live moving weight. They’re Soft & Safe & will challenge grip, wrist & forearms!

Finals Day brought out some incredible tennis from everyone and was played in great spirits! 😆

Today is Club Champs Finals Day!
Well done and thank you to everyone who has played. It’s been brilliant seeing everyone competing, having fun and meeting new people.

One of our younger members, Reuben was talking to his mum about how there are lots of families who are struggling to pay for basic things they need, like food and clothes.
This made him feel sad and he wanted to help. Because of his love of swimming, his mum suggested he did a sponsored swim to raise money for Dundee Bairns.
Reuben has set himself the challenge of swimming an amazing 100 lengths a week for 3 weeks!
