Monday I posted a meme about back pain and it’s a joke but the reality is that it isn’t.. please follow all of these rules to help your nail tech out! 1) Scoot your chair in ALL the way: this helps keep you as close to your tech as possible which eliminates the need to lean over excessively 2) Face forward and keep your feet flat on the floor: same as above 3) Don’t touch your hair or face or clothes: if you get makeup, hair, fuzz or whatever else on your nail it delays the process and can lead to poor retention 4) Put your phone away: this goes with the last one but also, when you text your hands are moving a lot, if you’re moving your French tips are gonna be crooked and I don’t really want to fix them if it isn’t my fault 😬 5) Relax your hands! Like goddamn dead fish, okay? - If you aren’t you’re causing some serious pain to your tech, we are already very prone to carpal tunnel please don’t make it worse 6) Let your tech move your hand literally wherever they want, don’t try to move where you think they want it: same as above 🫠 7) Don’t try to watch what they’re doing, they’ll ask you about color and shape when they’re ready: this makes your hands stiff which again causes pain! Lovelies, apologies in advance for the “C” post….
But as you know my Christmas week fills up very quickly and as I will no longer be working Tuesday all day and a Friday morning, this year will be a a challenge lol.

To offset this a little , I will be working Sat 16th 11-4.
