Hi all, my name is Greig and I am the owner of Seido Sharpening, based in Dunfermline.

I am currently offering sharpening services for kitchen knifes and other small knifes and will be looking to expand into further fields in the future.

I use traditional Japanese whetstone techniques to sharpened your blade to get a razor sharp finish. All my work is done by hand and no machines are involved what so ever.

So if you’re a professional, home cook, butcher or anyone who is sick of dull knife’s and handheld sharpeners aren’t cutting it get in touch to have your blade professionally sharpened.
After all a sharp knife is safer than a blunt knife.
