Fife Yoga Fit combine 3 wellbeing services: Hatha Yoga -back care yoga, 121,chair, Nia dance &Thai Massage. Studio based in Dunfermline & throughout Fife.
When I look for things to change, all I must change is my perception.
Sense the ground with the soles of your feet. Connect to the earth like a magnet. Feel the magnetic sensations connecting your feet to the ground. Use all the parts of your feet to sense and bring your body into balance.
Continuously monitor your movement by feeling your feet, and search for perfect balance. When balanced, you are rooted. It is very important to establish a balanced foundation at all times. This is the key to rooting. How you connect to the ground has a lot to do with the way you place your feet on the earth.
Whether you lead with the heel, the ball of the foot, or you step onto your whole foot, be precise. The connection of your feet to the ground is a magnetic relationship you feel through your feet.
Remember that your feet are the hands that touch the earth!

You get to choose up to 9 classes for £20 in the time period. Yoga-ease on Mondays @0900 Classic Nia on Tuesdays @1800. Easy-Nia (chair based) on Thursdays @0900. Want to change habits and bring mental balance for the individual psyche? This mantra is a catalyst for change.
Seated with a straight spine we use the three languages of consciousness: chanting out loud, then a strong whisper, ending mentally vibrating the mantra. We then reverse the sequence, continuing silently, whispering and out loud again. Keep the time proportions the same.
With the arms extended resting on the knees, the thumb on each hand connects with the fingers as we chant the sound: (Sa)index, (Ta)middle, (Na)ring and (Ma)little fingers.
