Lovely mindful and relaxing workshop last night with this fabulous group of young women who are taking part in the Artistic Minds programme-delivered by BEAM at Ogras Youth Club and funded by Arts Council of Northern Ireland.
The theme of the session was promoting positive mental health- building confidence and developing communication skills.
Final pieces were amazing 😍

An extremely zen workshop this morning at Creggan Community Association. Creating individually designed wooden hearts in the most relaxing and chilled atmosphere 😍

Fabulous Fun Day for St Vincent De Paul at The Hungry Goat Lots of activities, food, cute little furry animals and great weather 🥰

We had a fabulous morning at Hill of O'Neill- Ranfurly House Art & Visitor Centre
Creating mini highland cows..some with big hair, lipstick and other creative additions 🥰
Lots of laughs and happy little faces 😍

We had such a fun afternoon with an amazing group of women in Portadown, organised by Clanrye Group
The belly laughs were plentiful 🤣🤣

A great wee evening at Magherafelt Youth Centre the theme was positive mental health. We chatted about the things that make you feel happy and relaxed and we had a wide range of ideas to choose from 🥰

We are delighted to announce that our new 𝑯𝑬𝑹𝑶𝑬𝑺 + Programme will be starting in Galbally Community Centre this November!!! 🤩🥳

The programme is designed for 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝟭𝟲 𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟰 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱/𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀.
Focussing on areas including Good Relations, Citizenship, Personal Development and Employability skills, this project will not only be engaging and empowering, but FUN!!! 😄🌟🤝

We painted a Madeline inspired Eiffel Tower as the girls have been watching the film during their camp.
