Back within the BD white boards today for young Faramir. Last time out was 8 weeks ago, the day before his Lake District holiday and since then he’s had a bit of XC and SJ education and very little flatwork training but he didn’t disappoint and did 2 nice tests and won his Prelim 4 overall with 70.75% and 3rd in Novice 2 with 68.65%, Mia and Frodo Baggins won both Novices, he really is Mr Versatile last weekend BS and the weekend before XC in Storm Ashley 😂🙈another lovely day followed by a nice long walk with my kids Flux & Ivy before I finish the day off at Aerial Yoga this evening which should be fun as long as I don’t fall out of the hoop 😂🙈
Onboard baby number 3, Morwen 4 year old full sister to Aragorn & Faramir 🐴❤️

Love a delivery day!
Nice arrival of a lovely Adam Ellis flat seat mono jump saddle made for a VERY Wide horse
Also excited to announce I now have a demo saddle from ‘The Horse’s Voice Saddling’ if any clients would like a consultation and test ride the saddling system 🐴❤️ https://thvsaddling.com/
Gorgeous boy learning the ropes 🐴❤️first solo trip XC and he dealt with the stair rod sideways rain and wind and mud like a trooper 🥰
I questioned my sanity as I was tacking him up and the weather outside the lorry was frightful but also knew I needed him to at least see a XC fence on his own before we ended for this season, so I treat it like we were going for a nice hack together around the fields and hopping the little fences on our way. Really pleased with him and looking forward to next season.
Always have to buy a baby photo of them on their first trip to look back at over the years ❤️

A little while ago I posted that I was putting together an ‘Empowering Women for Wellness’ programme, however - something work related came up and took over my time and priority for a couple of months but I got that boxed off and finished last night - it’s all good and in time I can reveal that 😊 so from here I’ll be going forwards putting the programme together.
It will include short sessions & day courses and possibly a weekend retreat in 2025
The programme will include workshops and classes in,
Yoga, meditation, life coaching, grounding, goal setting, nutrition for mindfulness, reiki, boundary setting, how to take control of your life and more.
Possibly will set this up on a separate page/group where members can share experiences and stories -still throwing ideas around in my head but planning to have a schedule of workshops together within the next couple of weeks.
Today I delivered a ‘Yoga For Riders’ class at a camp for a colleague, it was great fun with riders of all ages.
All the exercises I do are tailored for riders and to improve rider position, flexibility, awareness and balance.
So if your running a camp at some point and would like to incorporate a session please just drop me a message, I can take up to 25 in a group as long as you have space to accommodate 🧘 🧘♂️ 💫 🥰
Monday Club will only be running 6-7pm next Monday 7th October - sorry peeps who like to do 5pm but I’ve got quite a busy social calendar next week so I’ve had to move things around a bit to accommodate and slot other work into Monday up until 6pm 🐴
Yoga will be running Tuesday 6-7pm -
As usual names to me please
Love Autumn days, with the car in the garage this morning it meant lots of walking for me and girls, I love walking at this time of year when the trees are changing colour and letting go of their leaves, a sign of nature moving forwards just like we all do, then this afternoon I got onboard baby number 3 🐴❤️
