This is Neufchatel cheese that comes from this area of France, Normandy. Its actually quite strong. I thought it was going to be creamy like a camembert but is much harder and crumbly. Really nice with fresh crusty bread. Scrumptious cheese that dates back to the 6th century AD. 🧀💛

I was too tired to photograph the contents. But when the airline wakes you up an hour before touch down they offer a chocolate croissant or a fruit bowl. I went for the fruit bowl which was a little frozen but certainly woke me up - blackberries, strawberries,🍓 mango, blueberries 🫐and grapes 🍇. Thanks for a great flight.

You can't leave America without eating a burger.....so we went to Wahlburgers in Boston Airport. It was big and juicy, with extra cheese and pickles. It was scrumptious and filled a hole as we didn't eat much the day before.

Hmmm, so why is there a💡 in the fridge??

I found this healthy drink in Publix. It was a refreshing change from fizzy multi-coloured drinks that are sooooo sweet.

You can't argue that the Americans can cook ribs. There is always a lot of meat on the bones,succulent and flavourful. These were smoked and tender, the best I've eaten...ever.
Captains BBQ

If you visit Florida and you are near Palm Coast then take a trip to Captains BBQ it serves the most delicious ribs and brisket, complimented with some side such as yams, Coleslaw, beets and feta, baked beans, corn etc.
If you still have room for dessert then these may tempt you......

We went to 192 Crab & Lobster yesterday in Kissimmee. The lobster tail was steamed with a mild 192 sauce. I had it with a lobster bisque, which was more like a chowder but flavourful. Served with sweet potato fries.....Needless to say most of the fries I bought home....!

After a very long, hot day at Universal Studios yesterday we were hungry and wanted something to eat. We had read a good recommendation for Bubbalous Bodacious Bar-B-Q and it certainly didn't disappoint! I went for the pulled pork and my son had the Texas beef...it was sooooooh good! The photo doesn't do it justice. I must remember to video! But I was too hungry. We will go back next week!
