As you may have seen from one of our previous videos, men’s mental health is something we take incredibly seriously at the Fort.

We believe that the stigma around men speaking out about their mental health should be removed & we want to remind members that our gym is a safe space should you need to talk.

🎉ONTO THE COMPETITION 🎉

As you pay attention to the class whiteboard you will see the following instructions:

1- Grab a post-it note from reception

2- Write out one of your most used, memorable or loved quotes that you believe will help someone in need

3- Include your Instagram and/or name on the post it note and attach to the banner

We will be selecting 3 winners this Friday and our favourite 3 quotes will recieve a free protein shake on the house😁

It’s metal health awareness week. 🧠

Here at Fortitude this is a main focus of ours, we believe (backed by huge amount of scientific research and personal testament) that exercise is a key to maintaining good mental health. This is why we believe so strongly in everyone having access to fitness.

On top of this we have added a couple more important factors to maintaining good mental health, so take a second to check yourself and see if any of these are lacking for you at the moment. ✨

And remember, we are always here to help. We want no one to struggle in silence. We aim to be a community that is here to foster positive mental health for all our members. 🗣️

Existing members of Fortitude Fit Gym with an active membership during the campaign period.
From February 28th to March 28th, existing members can refer friends any day of the week.
Existing members can refer only up to a maximum of 3 friends
Referred friends must sign up for a membership to count as a successful referral.
For each friend who signs up, the existing member gets a free month of gym membership.
One free month per referred friend.
The free month is added to the existing member’s account within 14 days of their friend signing up, it will count for the next months payment after the friend has signed up.
Existing members are responsible for ensuring their friends follow gym rules.
Fortitude Fit Gym may change or end the campaign at any time.
By participating, members agree to these terms.
Participants must read and agree to these terms to take part in the Refer a Friend campaign.

Class Rules 🖤

With classes starting this week, please can members arrive 10 minutes prior to class starting to ensure we’re set to start and finish on time.

Whilst we have no penalties in place currently for no / late attendance we will be monitoring this over the next few weeks and take appropriate measures if required.

With that said - we cannot wait to welcome you all into our classes for our first week! 🖤
