We want to announce that we will be running classes as normal this Easter weekend:

Saturday 10:45am
Sunday 10am

Thank you to our lovely class crew who’ve been attending our classes. It has been great seeing you all every week.

Missing those classes, US TOO!

That’s why we have set these up in the interim!

Joe and JB from Form have kindly offered up their space so we can still bring you some of our favourites.

We’ve combined Sweat and Strength to give you a Fusion and is still bringing through her Sculpt!
