Decking framing and fence smashed. A couple breaker boards added in the composite to give it a more modern look and also to help get rid of butting the boards. Customer delighted. 🙂

Job finished up on our part. Looks fresh as per from the A team. 😁

Balustrade and gate finished off today. Customer happy! 🙂

A second composite decking completed in the same building. 2 days rip out, frame and lay. Onto the next 🏃🏽‍♂️

Decking job turned out fresh. Took 4 full days to do rip out, install new framing, re do the steps, install the decking and install 2 fences with a gate (next post) absolutely smashing it as per no catch us 🏃🏽‍♂️💨💨

9 oclock finish for us tonight. Only things left to do is the shower rail, dressing the window and a small unit to be assembled. Customer delighted with a major improvement. on the tiling.

Not bad for day1 on the job. Place ripped out, sheeted, electrics and all first fix plumbing work done. Majority of tiling done aswell by . Have this finished for Wednesday night/thursday morning. Ply, LVT, new window and renewal of bathroom items. 🏃🏽‍♂️💨

weekend job smashed out in a day and a half 🏃🏽‍♂️ 💨 , summer house. Base still to be done internally.

Tiling finished up today, turned out fresh.

Himalayan Salt wall before and after that was installed a wee while back.

Smaller jobs completed today! New shelves and remaining materials made into small unit for storage. In-goes around garage door replaced with 18mm ply (3 coats of cuprinol wood preserver)

Couple photos of the job at blackhall taking place, declivities on and starting the ply. Still have a bit framing to do to tie in flat roof with existing pitched roof. First box gutter framed up And supporting wall framed out (dwangs next on the list)

New one for LM joinery completed today. Utility/Kitchenette installed in an ifor Williams trailer. Spaces allowed for washing machine and tumble dryer.

Couple photos of the extension taking place. Kits up, roof on. Just osb patches to done on the kits then ready for tyvek and strapping. Wall plate to go on course of block and then ready for supporting wall allowing the adjacent brick wall to come down. Smashing on.

Framing, cladding and worktops on. Just some MDF shelves and a couple units to be made and jobs a good one.

Good bit progress smashed out, waiting for materials drop to finish off headers and walls of the booths. Also waiting for the fire lining of the other stud partition in the office.

Wee glimpse at one of the privacy booths finished up. One more to do tomorrow and then onto stud walls for booth area!

Summerhouse roof smashed out by the best. FatraUK Single ply fitted over 150mm insulation to meet warm roof spec. Top job 👍🏼

Update on the En-suite at Redhall. Just the shower screen to be fitted. Looks good 👍🏼

Job completed today by the dream team- small screed poured to level floor then 15m2 of herringbone flooring laid, to top it off with some hand made ogee skirtings and facings!

Job scrubbing up not bad thanks to .s.n_tiling , hopefully have it finished next couple days given deliveries are tying in well👍🏼
