Work is now underway at City & Country’s- The Playfair at Donaldson’s, where we’ll be carrying out work renovating Sash & Case windows throughout the building.

Renovation part 3- bedroom

We built fitted wardrobes with panelled doors into an awkward alcove space, maximising floor space for the rest on the room.
The oak herringbone floor continues through from the living area.
New Victorian style skirtings and facings were fitted to restore the flat to its original style woodwork.
New wall lights were fitted to go either side of the bed with their own individual switches.

Part 1 of a recently completed renovation. The living room.

We fitted an Oak Herringbone floor throughout the flat, which has an invisible Matt finish. The old ugly Edinburgh press was completely ripped out and re fitted with floating shelves and a cupboard beneath, panelled doors that fit in with the Victorian panelling throughout the flat. The old tiled fire place was removed and replaced with a new wood burner with a slate hearth. We rerouted the heating, and fitted beautiful Gun Metal Grey cast iron radiators. The old picture rail was removed, room was plastered and repainted keeping it nice a bright!

TV wall I completed at the start of the year

Another deck we finished yesterday. One of the trickier ones we’ve had to do with the existing hot tub sunk into the ground and achieving the circular shape the client wanted.

We completed this stunning Yellow Ballau hardwood deck yesterday. Very time consuming but so worth the effort! 😍

Just finished this one for . DJ booth built using beautiful Birch Plywood, ready to be oiled and electrics to be installed underneath.

Really enjoyed this little project!

Bathroom we finished last week. Great to see transformations like this.

The old water tank was removed which was above the door and had taken up a lot of room in the bathroom making it look smaller and darker, which wasn’t great in an already small space. Now we have a brighter and more modern looking space.
