While you can't exactly taste a picture, I want to show you what a beautiful cappuccino looks like! ☕️

First, the coffee should have a rich, golden colour. This indicates a well-extracted shot that creates a lovely crema (the thick, foamy layer on top). The milk foam should be smooth and velvety, with tiny bubbles instead of large ones.

Only then, when you combine them, do you get that delicious and smooth cappuccino we all love. 😍

Made a lovely gnocchi and put a smile on him… so I thought it was a nice idea to add them on the menu 🤟
