Love is in the air!
Roger and Diane celebrated their Golden Anniversary last night at Manor House with over 30 friends and family.
50 years is a remarkable milestone, they met each other through mutual friends and since then the relationship blossom.
They dressing up the venue with their own thoughts and transform the function with their own identity, the result was stunning!!
The party went for five hours and the couple thoroughly enjoyed themselves and so as their guests. The couple comments the night went very well and the food was wonderful, I want to thank you Danny and his kitchen team for continuing deliver very high standards dishes at such a busy Saturday. Shiya and the front house staff for their attentive service.

A very exciting morning for me, I received an confirmation that Chinese Manor House won the best Chinese restaurant in Highland for 2024.
It was a complete surprise and very pleased to know that our hard work has been recognised.
I also received many tourists group booking recently, 20+, 40+... etc. I have a principle that my local customers come first. So I always keep lot of seats for my customers and refuse to take any tourists group booking especially on Friday and Saturday.
Thank you for all of you to put where we are, Danny and myself forever grateful for your consistently support. Have a nice day everyone! 😊❤️

Jim Nairn celebrated his 85th birthday this afternoon at Manor House. The weather still miserable but the restaurant was very busy, customers intended to come out and enjoyed their Friday lunch with friends and family.
So Jim was celebrating his birthday lunch with a buzzing environment which he thoroughly enjoyed it, big grin and all smiles.

Dorothy and Bruce celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary last night at Manor House.
We especially prepared the King's table for them made their celebration a bit more special. It was a miserable night and we expected to be a bit quieter than usual. Surprisingly on the contrary we got full house and I have to call staff to step in for emergency 😂😂.
Dorothy and Bruce are our long term customers who have supporting us for many many years. They live in the other end of the city, so they have to make an effort to come to visit us.
They also shared some of their pictures with us. Congratulations to their 59th wedding anniversary and wish them good health and good luck!!🎉🎊❤️❤️🌹🌹

Michelle and James from Elgin, came all the way to visit us after our refurbishment. They always make an effort to visit us every time when they come to Edinburgh. Absolutely love our new decorations and said they enjoyed their dinner even more under this new surroundings!
We closed on Monday 19th -21st Feb Wednesday for Chinese New Year holiday.
