Love it when I’m asked to make something I’ve never done before. To be pushed out of comfort zone and given a challenge.

Hundred hearts.
Was teaching crochet at my kids nursery and made all the kids and staff some hearts.

Back doing what I love.
It's been 2 weeks since my back surgery and finally feeling that I don't need to nap all the time and can actually do stuff. 😊

Crocheted bonnet and cardigan for cristening for gorgeous Sadie and she looked like a doll! 😍 That's like the best appreciation 😘

Crochet is life. I have been wanting to make black and white granny square for so long! Finally found a way to use it in my college stuff 😄 So of course I took advantage of it!

Finally it's ready! Made myself a cardigan 😊 Started at Christmas holidays, finished while watching mens final in tennis. 😂 Better late than never.
Pretty darn pleased.

The busy times haven't calmed down even after the fashion show. Therefore I'm behind posting this.
Whipped up these leg warmers night before the fashion show. Used the same pattern as the fingerless gloves (previous post) and made it up as I went on.

When a fashion show is coming up and you whip up fingerless gloves at the weekend to have as an accessory to compliment your tote bag. 😀

Been quiet for some time- college takes a lot of time and work. Oh, and talking about work- started a job beginning of February too! 😝

I'm so happy I found a photo of the single size blanket I knitted 2001/2002. 8 different colours and lots of different patterns.
That's where and how my handcraft journey began.

It's coming! Got this yarn ready in summer 2021 😳🙈 and finally started to work on this project at past Christmas. Hopefully it will be ready soon! 😀

Most likely I will be still crocheting tonight, because what else is there to do 🤷‍♀️ 😄

But up to now, this year I have spend:
143 days and over 215 hours crocheting. Made 83 items. Have 1 unfinished project and 1 still on the hook.
Busiest months were March (spend 24 days crocheting) and August (23 days). This year October was somehow crochet free month 😳. Zero days! 😱 Must be due of doing full time college 🤔

Own stupidity pays back hard. Was thinking I'm about done with this piece. Till I measured the width. It's off so badly that I have to frog it all and start again. Bye bye 5 hours worth job! 🚽😭

I've been quiet for so long but actually have done few projects during that time. Pretty much past 3 years I always am crocheting. Just struggling to find time and space to take photos of my makes. Doing full tume college doesn't help 😀. Hopefully before the year is done, I can post some stuff. 😘
