Chocolate Roblox cake from last weekend not to be missed. It had been enjoyed till the last crumb at the birthday party.

Macarons cube cake - birthday surprise from husband to wife. Husband came at 5am, yes 5am, to collect the cake as wanted to make surprise the wife in morning first thing when she wakes up. Isn’t it cute?
I know 5am it’s a crazy o’clock time for collecting the order, but sometimes we need to compromise ))) is collected in the evening the night before, it would have ruined the birthday sweet surprise.
What do you think? How would you hide such a surprise (cake/macarons) from your wife if it needs to be stored in the fridge?

I had very Japanese weekend. Even the cake order was Japanese character.

This cake almost been forgotten to be showed off to you. It’s from last week, but got missed to be listed. I never post the cakes before collection, or immediately after. I wait till evening or most probable till next day to make sure the party is over and the celebrant and all the invites had the chance to be surprised by how it looks like.

The cake is as per celebrant’s preferences and requirements ))) Anton wanted a blackberry decorated cake. Vanilla sponge with chocolate cream, blackberries and cute elephant made of chocolate.

Thomas train cake. Initially I said no to this decor and started to offer option to the customer, but customer insisted on 3D train. I’m glad I accepted the challenge as the train is perfect. Sugar paste figurine modeling is not my best skill, but the more I do, the more I like the result. So here it is, Thomas train

Another attempt on wafer paper flowers. I think I’m in love in this technique. Unfortunately the pictures have been taken at night, so light is worts possible. But the cake was so elegant, gracefull and stylish.

Chocolate sponge, vanilla mascarpone cream, berry confi and strawberry mousse. Yummy. All edible decor made of chocolate except of one thing. Can you spot it on the picture?

New 3D mould in my collection. Isn’t it cute? The teddy bear is made of chocolate and can be done in any colour of your choice.

I had the freedom to choose the flavour and the decor for this cake. The only details I had from the customers where the size, the writing and either a cat or dog. And this what my imagination came with.
