Another successful garage conversion completed recently, project managed from start to finish to give this customer an extra bedroom in their house. Get in touch to transform your space!

Before and after of a recent kitchen transformation. All doors and drawer fronts changed over, oven moved, new sink installed, fresh tiling and flooring giving this kitchen a new lease of life.

After and before of this weeks project - a conservatory renovation. New EPDM roof, insulated ceiling, plasterboard full room, new flooring and re paint the exterior bringing this room to life and making it a great place to host guests. The bespoke seating provides storage and comfort - we can’t wait for it all to be decorated and see the finished product!

Greenbank Garage Conversion - recently we completed this project, turning the garage into a bedroom. Starting with strip out and building work, we then framed the roof and walls, new windows fitted, insulated the full garage, plasterboarded and plastered. All trades supplied and the work was completed bang on schedule even with a few extras added.

Great to see the Restalrig Renovation completed following decoration and tiling. Kitchen upgrade, new boiler install and underfloor heating all bring this property to life and moving the door from the kitchen to the dining room creates extra space for additional units. Another beautiful wardrobe completed in Stockbridge. Shaker style doors and traditional handles complement the property well and there’s plenty of storage and hanging space for clothing.

We have now signed off for our Christmas break! We’ll be off the tools until January 8th to give everyone a well needed rest. We’d like to thank all our clients this year and we look forward to all future projects in the New Year. Also a big thank you to all of our contractors who’ve helped us through the year and of course our own team who have worked hard to make all the jobs come together. A stunning bathroom completed this week. tile effect wet wall panels provide a great finish and are quick to install allowing a fast turnaround for the bathroom. Ceiling cladding and LVT click flooring give this bathroom a fresh modern look and ensure all surfaces are easy to maintain and waterproof.

Another fantastic kitchen completed. This kitchen project started by moving the external door from one wall to another to allow for the full run of units. We then stripped out the kitchen, insulated the walls and floor to improve the heat retention and installed underfloor heating. Following full plastering we installed the new kitchen and quartz worktops. Painting and papering have finished it off very nicely, again supplied by us. kitchen and flooring always producing the goods!

😍 What a transformation! This kitchen is looking beautiful following decoration this week. We ripped out the old kitchen and flooring, levelled the existing joists, installed a fresh subfloor, installed the new IKEA kitchen, tiled the floor and splash back before painting the whole thing to give it a bright and airy feel. All trades supplied by Palmer + Watt to provide a smooth and hassle free experience for the client.

Another stunning bathroom looking great following decoration! We stripped out the bathroom fully, repaired rotten joists below from a leak, rearranged the plumbing to allow for a bigger shower, tiled the floor, installed wet wall and fitted the full suite. What a difference!

Saturday shift today to finish off this lovely bathroom! By adding a bath instead of a shower and moving the toilet and basin locations opened up the space and created a modern feel compared to the dated original bathroom. Thanks to E Smith tiling for the fantastic work as always.

Our most recent project, completed yesterday despite the rain! Composite decking adding a much more useful space at the front of our previous basement conversion. Beautiful hardwood posts and steel wire in fills add a classy touch to the handrail.

Another bespoke wardrobe completed! With hanging rails and shelving space this wardrobe will provide plenty of space for storage and mirrored sliding doors making the room feel bigger and brighter. Thanks again to Michael from City Wide Painting Services for the interior decoration.

Where has the sun gone! We planned this fencing job for the wrong days this week ☔️ The team powered through to build these three 6ft fences to split up these new build gardens. Get in touch for a quote for your fence!

Wow what a difference! After, before and during photos of our recent project at The Braids. By knocking down this wall and installing structural steels we really opened up the space between the kitchen and the dining room. Keep an eye out for the kitchen renovation later in the year!

Another stunning kitchen install by the team this week. Sleek handleless design and contrasting grey cabinets with white worktops add a real modern touch to this home.

Small touches can make a big difference to the feel of your home…simply by replacing these window panels and adding beading lifts the room and adds a traditional finish. The wider sill increases practicality too!

A beautiful wardrobe completed this week….decorated by it really gives a great look with the contrasting black handles. Another week another kitchen completed - this time at Gorgie Gospel Hall

Another project completed last week - a beautiful install by our team. Plumbing, electrics and joinery all supplied including full kitchen install, flooring throughout and a wall removed to open up the space into the dining room. As always, completed on time and with minimal disruption for the customer.

One of four jobs completed this week, helping move shop and open for business in their lovely new location. Jobs completed included everything from building a new staff room, installing a disabled ramp, hanging doors, installing bespoke shelving and worktops, fitting mirrors and tables and even hanging the decorations! A great job to be part of.
