Welcome to the Fiddlers Arms! A warm and friendly traditional pub at the end of the Grassmarket. Children are welcome for food until the end of service.
Principally a sit-down pub with an emphasis on spending the evening talking and drinking, we serve a modern twist on traditional Scottish food. Food is served from opening until 10pm during the week and 9pm at the weekend. Portions are hearty and very reasonably priced; attracting tourists and locals in equal numbers. Showing all Rugby World Cup games at The Fiddlers Arms this autumn!
Starting with the eagerly anticipated France vs the All Blacks this Friday, then onto the first Super Saturday of the tournament.
First game for the boys will be a bone cruncher with the Scot-Boks vs the Springboks kicking off at 16:45 on Sunday.
We won’t be taking any reservations for any games, so arrive early if you’re looking for a table with a screen!

**SPEYSIDE**
A favourite amongst the bartenders here, Tamnavulin Double Cask hails from Speyside and is matured in American Oak barrels with a Sherry Cask finish. Hints of apple, toffee and honey with a rich and smooth finish.
Tulchan is a small batch gin also from Speyside, using botanicals all found on the Tulchan Estate. Juniper berries, lemon and orange peel and coriander seeds all add to the complexity of the spirit with a hint of Scottish flora.
Served with a choice of tonic and orange slice.

The Fiddlers Arms will be open at 10am this Saturday for the Autumn International game between Scotland and Fiji. Grab yourself a hearty full Scottish and a pint, before making the famous walk to Murrayfield to cheer on the boys (and Edinburgh Rugby’s own Bill Mata!)
For those not making their way to the match we will be serving lunch from 12:15pm.
Now Pouring, Brewing Resist, all proceeds of this Fine stout will go towards Red Cross Humanitarian Relief Effort to help Ukraine 🇺🇦
