Curious to know more about Ta**ra and what it really is?
That out there s*xual Indian thing ... or an amazing holistic ancient teaching about mastery of self and how the world of energy truly works, that is as relevant to day as it was when it was created over 3000 years ago.

I have been away from social media for the last few months as I found myself entering a time of profound transition.

We often fail to recognise when we are entering such a time and even if we do, we fail to honour the transitioning with providing the space and time to observe, reflect, acknowledge and be present for the transition, let alone recognise it fully and offer the appreciation and integration of transformation.

In my journey of evolving myself, I had reached a point where I attracted in a beautiful masculine energy to help me release what I no longer needed to carry with me.

In the process of providing a loving space of presence and acceptance for him to overcome his fears and restrictions around embracing his masculinity fully so I was gifted the mirror of him creating that same space for me to face and embrace my fears and restrictions in embracing my femininity fully.

Moving from the intellectual release of the mental and emotional traumas and negative patterns to release from the energetic and cellular structure of our beings.

Not only do I feel lighter and brighter in my whole being, but I have shed a huge amount of weight from my body as I was able to release my energetic armour of protection.

The beauty of this transformation is still unfurling and moving to greater depths of realisation. It has taken courage to face and be raw honesty, be totally vulnerable and naked with the ego, provide genuine love, total acceptance, patience and presence. It takes a willingness to embrace the fears, surrender to the hurt and pain that rise up, and allow them to be present and pass through, honour them.

It is in the moment of honouring them and being with them that they transform, transmute and you are free of them, able to be lighter, brighter and more joyful.

I will share more of the realisations of this particular transformation in blogs to come. In the mean while, I ask you to be courageous, to embrace your fears and hurts, to surrender to the presence of them and gift your self the transformation to lightness, freedom and joy.
