Come and join in this deeply relaxing audio trip. A sound journey is an auditory experience that helps you to wind down and reach deep states of relaxation - a kind of brain massage 💆‍♀️

Sunday 1st September 5:30pm

All you need to do is to lie down, relax and let yourself get carried away by the sound.

Carried by the sonic waves you will be guided through a mystic journey, into to the depths of subconious and maybe even through spacetime ✨

What to bring:

This is an eyes closed, lie down event, so bring a yoga or camping mat, pillow, blanket or two - to keep you cosy, and wear comfortable clothing. The venue has a concrete floor so make sure you'll be extra warm. Hot watter bottle is also a good idea (but bring your own water)

Performed on a mighty gong, the music also incorporates some electronic effects, vocals, singing bowls and other vibrational instruments to take you to the other side of consciousness.

We'll get started with a short guided meditation to get everyone settled, followed be the sound experience.

Tickets online only, and likely to sell out - cos who wouldn't want a sound bath with a modern day witch ✨✨✨

I am a self-taught artist who got into creating and selling art at the start of this year. Although this was a recent development, I was keen on art and creativity from an early age, spending a lot of my time with my head in a sketchbook or making things throughout childhood.

My adult life has been spent with a focus on music and songwriting, another major passion of mine. This is the reason I focus on musicians in my portrait pictures. I love of music - in particular live music - and get a lot of enjoyment trying to capture my favourite artists personalities in my pieces, which is often best done in the form of their concert appearances.

I also love architecture as a subject for my work. As someone who has found a home in Edinburgh it is the perfect inspiration to marry my interest in this subject and develop my skills as an artist.
