You may never have realised how interlinked the lives and careers of these two Legends were – from their humble early years, hard work through early club gigs, and their ability to cross music genres from jazz to pop becoming global stars in both.

It’s 90 days until V&C turns 90! On the 8th September 1934, Valvona & Crolla was established right here at 19 Elm Row. For nine decades we have had the privilege of serving you, your parents, your grandparents and your great-grandparents... and we hope to continue serving your children and grandchildren for years to come.

This legendary, once a year event is one of our favourites - after coffee and a pastry in the Caffè Bar, Nev whisks you away to a secret location for a morning of foraging. After enjoying a well earned V&C lunch of food & wine, Nev will identify all the fungi foraged, and lead a discussion on the pleasures and perils of cooking with wild mushrooms.
