A benchmark London Dry Gin produced in Edinburgh by the Port of Leith Distillery Company, with juniper at its core, fresh lime peel and pink peppercorns.

The first spirit from the Port of Leith Distillery is now in development, soon to be produced from our Tower Street Stillhouse. Sailors from Leith provisioned their ships with limes as an antidote to scurvy. We've done the same with our gin. If you like our wrap, just wait until you see the bottle underneath...

Well it’s Christmas Eve, and we hope you’re all getting cosy. We certainly are, and there’s one drink that fits the bill - our Hot & Mulled Orchard Cider; our go-to winter warmer.

Recipe:
20ml Lind & Lime, 10ml Port of Leith Oloroso sherry, 10ml maple syrup, 2 dashes aromatic bitters, 100ml medium dry cider. Warm in a saucepan over a low heat, stirring slowly. Serve in an Irish coffee glass and garnish with a mulled spiced tea bag. Cheers 🍻

• 20ml Lind & Lime
• 20ml The Port of Leith Distillery Oloroso sherry
• 10ml Cacao blanc
• 1 dash walnut bitters
• 2 dashes vanilla essence

Toasted marshmallows to garnish. 🥃
