Knowledge & experience of food service & food hygiene certificate preferred.

✨Two of our young work colleagues are heading off to Tanzania next June to help build houses, orphanages and help young orphans in schools!
All fundraising is going towards the vine trust!

✨Both of them need to raise funds of £3,300 each, So we decided to help them with a Christmas Raffle…

JOB OPPORTUNITY!

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager for Soutra. As our followers will know, Soutra is a popular and busy cafe, with a mix of regulars and passing visitors. We serve coffee, homemade cakes, lunch and snacks.

Responsibilities for Assistant Manager include:
- Helping to assist with the daily running of a busy coffee shop
- Front-of-house duties
- Opening and closing duties
- Covering Manager days off
- Stock purchasing
- Cash handling
- Organising staff rotas
- Social media posts (potentially - depending on applicant)

We're looking for an enthusiastic team member with excellent experience of food and hospitality. Food hygiene certificate needed. Please share! All interested applicants should get in touch with us for an initial chat about the role.

Applicants must possess a good level of English. The successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United Kingdom.
