As we draw a line under 2023 just want to say a huge thank you to all the couples, venues and humans who've kept me busy this year. It's been a blast. Here's to 2024 and hopefully more of the same...🥂✌️

The one that everyone chooses and the one that everyone LOVES. I can't tell you how many beef cheeks I've cooked this year so far, but it's a lot! Beef cheeks in their own gravy, pea ragu, crispy leeks, pea shoots, green beans and parmesan..😋 from last nights wedding for Courtney and Ross....❤️

We're still here. Highly aware that are social media presence has been abysmal over the summer but we've been doing lots of lovely things, for lots of lovely people. Here's a plate of glorious British charcuterie that we've been using for our summer events. Is there anything better....this was the pork loin, delicious and all kinds of melt in the mouth, and can be found at when you can't get us to cater for you...😉

We’re looking for waiting staff for a number of events over the summer. Great team (and boss ;)), negotiable rates of pay and flexible hours. Jobs are East Lothian based and for lovely couples tying the knot. Experience not strictly necessary as training and guidance provided. An eagerness to work and good sense of humour are all we need.
