We are thrilled to announce that we have secured a UK Government grant from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund to export our creative services to Dubai. This grant will allow us to take our property and place marketing expertise to new heights as we set up a team and operations in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.
Fifth House have had the privilege of working with global property giants like Knight Frank, JLL, Savills, CBRE UK and Cushman & Wakefield here in the UK, and now we’ll be bringing that same expertise to the UAE.

Showcasing 122 Waterloo Street with Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield.
We recently had the pleasure of partnering with Knight Frank and Cushman and Wakefield to market one of Glasgow's most prestigious properties—122 Waterloo Street. This Grade A office building is a mission critical asset for Morgan Stanley and is recognised as Scotland’s Top Corporate Workplace.
We crafted an investment brochure and a video, ensuring that the property’s premium features and prime location within Glasgow’s International Financial Services District were highlighted. From infographics to visual storytelling, we framed the property in the most compelling way possible.
📈 Key Highlights:
• Prime Location: At the heart of Glasgow’s Central Business District
• Premium Tenant: Morgan Stanley’s largest office in Europe outside London
• Exceptional Property: 156,980 sq ft of state-of-the-art office space with excellent sustainability credentials

Recently, we had the privilege of working with JLL to create a marketing brochure for 38 Melville Street, a beautifully refurbished townhouse office in Edinburgh.
This project was all about highlighting the elegance of the space. We captured stunning architectural photography and designed a sophisticated brochure to match the quality of the refurbishment. The end result? A marketing tool that truly reflects the unique character of 38 Melville Street and helps prospective tenants envision their future workspace.

Giving JLL sharp collateral to sell a huge leisure and retail complex
We were recommended to help JLL present a very rare opportunity. OMNi boasts a cinema, hotel, gardens, and more than 80 restaurants, retail units, and leisure outlets—a premium acquisition for an investment group or pension fund.
Consulting with JLL, we visited OMNi to gather insights, data and assets. We created a premium evolution for the OMNi brand which translated well for the high value marketing literature.
The result was a brochure to help sell the centre as an investment. We presented reader-friendly financials and stats. We showed Edinburgh as a global tourist destination. And we incorporated dynamic photography and exploded floor plans.
The sale price of approximately £64m from Nuveen to Triple B means it is one of the largest UK leisure transactions over the past 5 years and sets a new benchmark within the sector. Recent research by Lismore Real Estate Advisors reveals a thriving Scottish commercial property market, with OMNi's acquisition standing out as a notable highlight. In Q1 2024, transactions surged by 33%, underlining the buoyancy of Edinburgh's investment landscape.

Fifth House is proud to announce our sponsorship of the remarkable Greg Haylott, a true force in motorbike racing!
At 45, Greg defies convention, balancing his career as a mechanical engineering lecturer at Edinburgh College with his passion for racing.
After overcoming a major setback, including a harrowing crash in 2018 that left him with two broken vertebrae and in a body brace for 12 weeks, Greg showcased incredible resilience and talent, returning to the track in 2019 with a vengeance.
Despite the challenges, he dominated races on his Kawasaki ZX7R and Honda NC30 400, clinching victories and championships.
Last year, Greg embraced new challenges on closed roads at Oliver's Mount, showcasing his adaptability and determination. Now, he's revving up for the classic super bike class at Scarborough, ready to conquer new heights.
