Looking for a food prep/kp/service help person to help with our weddings in Leith. Well paid, usually Saturdays and ranging from 4-10 hour shifts, latest finishing about 9.30/10pm. Lots of training and essential skills for the right person. Would suit a student or someone keen to get into the food industry.

What a great weekend so nice to be in the countryside in the sun all weekend and in my favourite market with all the other traders, thanks to everyone for coming to have our cauliflower buffalo bowl and all the other stuff.. it’s much appreciated 🙏

Back home after a really busy May of private events and weddings and with June sees the start of our busy Summer events. Need this week off now! Thanks to for the shout out for sustainability (one day we will get it!) and this photo! and was great to have all the family down today and helping out. See you next weekend for more!

Well, I knew these would be popular but are incredibly cunning when trying to be photographed. Well done this man for sending this in. To get the bitten one facing up like that is tricky but you can see the fluffy interior and the Oreo centre too so well nailed, so thought I’d post it for all to see to get you in the festive spirit if you aren’t already!
Alia has kept these cooking perfectly here and made the hot Oreo melt, melt. It takes time, patience and focus to get them these good every time so well done! Also they’re only £5.50 which won’t break the bank. Myself and my family had them yesterday and everyone was very happy with them.
For those that don’t know we’re at the botanics light show for another 2 weeks/10 days and finish up on the 30th.. mostly sold out but grab a ticket while you can and come see us half way along from the east gate by the Christmas trees 🎄
