We are delighted to share that Emma Louise at EH Fitness and Steph Price, Well-being & Menopause coach are bringing the first Menopause event on 8th September at The Corner Cafe

It’s going to be a very relaxed evening where you will get the chance to listen to people’s experiences and gain an understanding of the menopause. Steph will be sharing her own experience as someone who entered in perimenopause in mid thirties with no information or support at the time. Emma and Steph are both Menopause Coaches who want to provide support to the community.

This is a free event.
