As we start 2024 we want to celebrate the success of the Contini Training Academy over the last 12 months🎊

We have had team participate in online and face to face training, Supplier training, HIT Scotland Scholarships and Apprenticeships

We had 3 team members complete their apprentice programme with SD Consultancy earlier than expected with Simone and Ali completing their Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Level7 and Meesha completing Business Administration📝✨

This is a fantastic achievement and we are so proud

We are so excited to see our Training Academy up and running, we are proud of the team who have participated and are looking forward to more success stories throughout 2024!

Our world changed 20 years ago today, the day we got the keys to 103 (Centotre) George Street, Edinburgh.

It was the right time for Victor and I to leave his family business so we could look after our tiny babies. Our new family created the opportunity for change and the people around us gave us the courage to carry it out.

Choosing to start anything new is daunting. When you and your husband have re-mortgaged your home, with two children under two it takes an element of madness to start a business. Another little girl was to arrive within a year. So much for being told we couldn’t have children. Necessity is the mother of invention but the invention came with a host of people. The faith others had in us was the ingredient that allowed us to start.'
