An entry for the cocktail comp by 🔥🍸

Named after a species of tree from New Zealand known as the ‘New Zealand Christmas Tree’. The cocktail colour also takes inspiration from the colours of the tree!

Based on a classic flip, a dessert style cocktail the drink contains one whole egg, , Campari, coconut rum coconut syrup, lemon and chocolate bitters 🥥
