Once upon a time...
Fierce duo NikNak met in a wardrobe at an after party and haven’t left since.
From star funk, synth soul and 80's boogie to squashy house and panty dropper techno, NikNak have lived in that party and fed on a treasure trove of mixtapes and sounds left behind by the likes of Optimo, Psychemagik, DJ Harvey, Grace Jones, Larry Levan, Soulwax and Dimitri from Paris.
NikNak have residencies at Paradise Palms in Edinburgh and The Rhumba Club and make regular appearances at The Kelburn Garden Party and Sneaky Pete’s Edinburgh.
