The heating is going on, we're needing warmed up! I can do that on Tuesday October 3rd at 6.30pm. Church is back open this week. I can't cope we have a TUESDAY! My dream for years 🥊💃🏽🔥🥰
We're in a cost of living crisis so we'll be £4 instead of £6. And it'll be 45 minutes. We'll have a weights section too with dumbbells that I have. And I feel I'm done with jump squats etc. My knees canae cope! We can absolutely tone without 🏋🏽♀️❤️
