A couple of days into Autumn and we’re still catching our breath on the busiest August we’ve ever had. Thanks to all of you locals, tourists, dogs, babies & barflies who have filled our wee restaurant all summer! Keep it coming & we’ll do our best to keep up 🫠

With last week’s election behind us, we’d thought we’d take a moment to celebrate two Roseleaf regulars from different sides of the political spectrum - .gilbert.leith, who just became our local Labour MP, and , your local SNP MSP. Massive congrats, Tracy!

Very pleased to announce that we’ve partnered up with to ensure that we’ll always have lovely Leith Juice on tap! It’s been a favourite pour for the last few years and we’ll be highlighting other goodies from the guys over the summer, starting with Leith Pils this week. Win win! 🍻

Today is World Gin Day and we’ve teamed up with our neighbours for a refreshing Gin Mule. If you’re out in the sun for the start of Leith Festival or getting a few doon ye before Taylor Swift, this is your ideal tipple!

We’ve got local artist on the walls for June! You might already be familiar with his work from the streets around Leith; he’s mixed it up a little here with a looser style for a series of futuristic ‘family portraits’. Ideal for these dystopian times! Great to have Keith exhibit with us, come down and check it out this summer.

It’s veggie week, and we’ve laid on a Sunday roast for the occasion! Roast cauliflower topped with béchamel & Parmesan, served with roast tatties, carrots, green beans and homemade Yorkie pud. On til it’s gone!
