Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in finding the right products, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.

Duties:
- Welcome and assist customers, guiding them through their shopping journey
- Recommend additional products to enhance their experience and meet their needs
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and handle complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and updating listings on eBay, website, and Amazon

Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Previous experience in retail sales and customer service preferred
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for customer interactions

Schedule:
- Part-time position with an expected 24 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts
- extra hours via sickness and holiday cover
- based on a 3 day rota either Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday or Thursdays, Friday and Saturday.

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent preferred

Experience:
- 1 year of retail sales and customer service experience preferred
