Hi guys ,
I've heard orcas are in the morayfirth, just up the coast, heading west,
Tomorrow I have 2 wildlife trips available,
No guarantee of seeing orca ,but a good chance
I plan to head out tomorrow to the areas where I have seen orcas this year and last year,
Where the seals are normally feeding,

As we left the harbour today, we came across dolphins almost instantly,
A few groups of feeding dolphins,
Some came over to our boat,
Tail slapping, leaping out of the water,
Fantastic show for everyone onboard.

This morning myself and 12 passengers headed out on a 2.5hr trip,
The plan was to head up towards lossiemouth,
But that soon changed,
Not long after we left burghead harbour ,
We came across some bnd dolphins,
All spread out, some cruising,
And some on a mission,
They weren't hanging around,
Looked like they were heading towards Nairn direction.
And we avoided rain all day,

Due to tides and weather it's best to leave the evening trips for this week.
I've added 2 sunset cruise trips for next week
Wednesday 3rd ,and Thursday 4th July
8.30pm until 10.30pm £35 per passenger
And a 4 hr trip round to speybay on Friday 5th July at 5.30pm until 9,30pm £60.

Hi folks,
I'm going to add some evening trips to my website calendar,
2 hour sunset cruises
£35 per passenger
I'm also trying to see how much interest there is for a few slightly longer trips
I was thinking of adding a speybay trip, and also try another 8hour trip, obviously the weather has to be favourable, otherwise sightings are difficult.

Another great dolphin encounter today,
Myself and 7 passengers, headed out towards lossiemouth,
As we passed lossiemouth, dolphins were spotted in the distance, heading our way.
So we switched of the engines and waited for them,
As they approached, it was obvious that they were feeding, chasing fish, tossing the fish in the air.
Then shortly after a few more dolphins appeared,
These dolphins were moving faster, leaping in the air,
as we moved off, they came over to the boat and swam alongside, for a while.
Then it was time to leave the dolphins .
And head back to burghead,
Trips available daily, also I will be adding some evening trips, in the next few weeks,

What a fantastic way to start a Saturday,
As we headed out on our 2.5hr trip, we only made it a few miles down the coast towards covesea, when we had an awesome encounter with some dolphins, which were in a very playful mood,
They followed us all the way back to burghead,
Everyone on the boat was mesmerised by the dolphins antics, bow riding and jumping out of the water.
Just fantastic 🤩

Today myself and 9 passengers headed out on our 2.5hr wildlife trip,
It wasn't long until we spotted some dolphins, feeding in the bay, thanks Sabrina and William for the photos
We then steamed out towards tarbertness, where we came across lots of feeding birds,
Along with minke whales, which were very hard to photograph,
On our way back across the firth we came across more minke, quick gulp of air then disappeared,
Also spotted were a couple of puffins,
Once the the easterly wind picked up it was quite cold , so remember if you do join us, to wrap up warm,
It can be quite cold at sea even in the summer.

Today while we are fishing we have orcas around the boat 😍😍😍

Today I was out fishing, some 5 miles out from burghead, and I came across some dolphins,
Between 20-30 all spread out,
These came over to my boat and stayed with me for some time,
Bow riding my boat,
There was some other type of dolphins which didn't come to the boat, they were definitely a different type to these bottle nose dophins

Today we headed out on our wildlife trip,
Wasn't long until we came across some dolphins,
Bow riding the boat,
Then a brief encounter with a minke,
Lots of birds, razorbills, gilimots, gannets, fulmar,

Whilst out fishing today, we had around 5-6 minke whales feeding around the boat, most of the day,
Hopefully they'll be more and more everyday,
As this time last year, we were seeing lots daily.

I would just like to thank all of you guys for your custom,
2023 was a fantastic season, great catches and fantastic wildlife.
Bee-cool is out of the water for some maintenance,
We plan to be back in the water for march 2024
Unfortunately due to the rising cost of everything,
We have no option but to increase our prices slightly.
It's not something that I want to do, but feel for us to keep operating,we have no option.
